Some of the Arabica’s and Robusta’s used in Crema Blend are:
Cameroon GA Arabica:
This is one amazing coffee – Strong Arabica. The Fruits are lively, the sweetness is like pure honey, and the finish is pristine, Leaving behind a mouth cleansing feel.
Colombian Huila Arabica:
This coffee has notes of apple, chocolate, citrus oil, and there is a nice pear flavour up front, with a crisp malic acidity. It’s a straight forward clean cup of coffee.
Bali Bangli Arabica:
There is a definite sweetness to be found in this coffee. Not complex by any means, but flavour of toffee and nut butter provide a solid base of flavours.
Indian Monsoned Robusta:
Characteristic, strong and persistent aroma. It has a slightly woody, grassy and delicately spicy aroma. A strong and robust coffee, full-bodied and rich. It gives you the full taste of its brew, typical of Indian coffees.
Ivory Coast Robusta:
You’ll have you’re attention captured by the immediate sensations it offers the palate, indisputably soft tending towards the intense, medium-bodied. The fibrous-earthy hint left after tasting is for real connoisseurs: a robust African flavour that emerges, to be taken for what it is.
Indian Cherry AA Robusta:
Excellent quality, a synthesis of aroma and flavour, with a hint of bitter almonds and hazelnuts.
